Jiko: Animal Kingdom Lodge Restaurant

I want to start doing spotlights of Disney resorts, attractions, dining, and experiences. I’m starting it off with my favorite Disney restaurant to date: Jiko.

Russell & I ate here the last night of our honeymoon while we were staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge - Jambo House. It was AMAZING!

If you are sitting inside Jiko, this is your view. Gorgeous!

Russell got the Seared Barbarie Duck Breast.

I got the Oak Grilled Filet Mignon with risotto & carrots.

& “One Last Cup” for dessert!

I HIGHLY recommend a visit to Jiko during your next Walt Disney World visit!
